摘要 本文提出了一种基于多变量交互式实体模型的人员技能综合提升系统,其为一整套能够等同或接近火力发电厂生产工艺过程的“实体+仿真”融合的系统模型。整合了火电厂工艺及控制对象;兼容现场总线、常规仪表等主流通信方式;涵盖模拟量、开关量;集成自动调节、保护连锁控制系统;控制器包括分散控制系统DCS及PLC等;可以面向逻辑组态、方案设计、安装接线、调试整定等各个技能培训方向;形成了一个综合性、多变量、模块化的实体工艺及控制系统模型。能够大量应用在热控工作者的培训、竞赛与实际现场问题故障分析的诊治判断。 This article presents a comprehensive personnel skills enhancement system based on a multi-variable interactive physical-simulation hybrid entity model,which is a holistic system that mimics or closely resembles the production process of a thermal power plant through an integrated"physical+simulation"approach.The system integrates thermal power plant processes and control objects,accommodates mainstream communication methods such as fieldbuses and conventional instruments,encompasses analog and digital signals,incorporates automatic regulation,protection,and interlocking control systems,and employs controllers including Distributed Control Systems(DCS)and Programmable Logic Controllers(PLC).It caters to various skill training orientations including logic configuration,scheme design,installation wiring,commissioning and tuning,forming a comprehensive,multi-variable,and modularized physical process and control system model.This system can be widely applied in the training of thermal control personnel,competitions,and the diagnosis and troubleshooting of actual field issues and failures.
