摘要
随着机械设备制造水平的不断提高,制备成品药机械设备的自动化、智能化也越来越高,但在原料药生产阶段,多品种、小批量及间歇式生产等特性导致原药生产企业自动化水平大多数并不高。随着国家产业升级的持续开展,以及政府、民众对安全生产需求的不断加深,制造行业“机械化换人、自动化减人”改革已逐步迈入深水区。现代化的医药化工企业也越来越重视自动化系统的应用,而这些系统的架构需要设置一个机柜间,用于自动化系统放置各类控制器柜、卡件柜、通信柜及电源柜等设备的功能性房间。该机柜间的设置需要同时兼顾安全性和经济性。本文将从法规符合性、抗爆计算及推荐设置方案角度出发探讨新建医药化工企业机柜间的合法、合理设置。
With the continuous improvement of mechanical equipment manufacturing technology,the automation and intelligence of mechanical equipment for the preparation of finished drugs have also been increasing.However,in the production stage of APIs(Active Pharmaceutical Ingredients),characteristics such as multi-varieties,small batches,and batch production have led to the fact that most API manufacturers do not have a high level of automation.As the national industrial upgrading continues and the demand for safe production from the government and the public deepens,the reform of"replacing human labor with machinery and automation"in the manufacturing industry has gradually entered a deep-water zone.Modern pharmaceutical chemical enterprises are also paying more and more attention to the application of automation systems.The architecture of these systems requires the establishment of a cabinet room,a functional room for the placement of various controller cabinets,card cabinets,communication cabinets,power cabinets,and other equipment for automation systems.The setup of this cabinet room needs to take into account both safety and economy.This article will explore the legal and reasonable setup of cabinet rooms in newly built pharmaceutical chemical enterprises from the perspectives of regulatory compliance,explosion-resistant calculations,and recommended setup plans.
