摘要
火力发电厂是利用煤炭、石油等化石燃料的燃烧产生的热能来转化成电能的场所。在火力发电厂中,热控仪表起着至关重要的作用,它能够准确地测量和控制温度、压力、流量等参数,确保火力发电厂的正常运行。然而热控仪表在长期使用过程中可能会出现故障和磨损,火力发电厂热控仪表的检修与维护是确保其正常运行的关键环节。因此,定期的检修与维护是必不可少的。本文从热控仪表的工作原理出发,分析了热控仪表常见的故障类型及原因,并提出了相应的检修与维护措施。
Thermal power plants are facilities that convert the thermal energy generated by the combustion of fossil fuels such as coal and oil into electric energy.In thermal power plants,thermal control instrumentation plays a vital role as it can accurately measure and control parameters such as temperature,pressure,and flow rate,ensuring the normal operation of the plant.However,thermal control instrumentation may experience faults and wear during long-term use,and the inspection and maintenance of thermal control instrumentation in thermal power plants is a crucial step to ensure its normal operation.Therefore,regular inspection and maintenance are essential.This article starts from the working principle of thermal control instrumentation,analyzes common fault types and causes,and proposes corresponding inspection and maintenance measures.
