摘要
文中针对高寒地区高速铁路电力系统面临的电源规划设计、施工、运行及应急处置的挑战进行了深入研究,提出了切实可行的关键技术解决方案。通过跨所供电技术的应用有效解决了电源引入滞后问题以及农网频繁故障问题。介绍了在线测温设备与高寒高铁电力远动系统短信遥控重启装置的开发与应用。结果表明,这些技术的应用显著提高了系统的稳定性和可靠性,确保了高寒区域高速铁路设备的持续供电。
This article conducts a thorough study on the challenges faced by the power system of high-speed railways in alpine regions during power supply planning,design,construction,operation,and emergency response.Practical and feasible key technical solutions are proposed.The application of cross-substation power supply technology effectively addresses the issues of delayed power supply introduction and frequent failures in rural power grids.The development and application of online temperature measurement equipment and the SMS remote control restart device for the power telecontrol system of high-speed railways in alpine regions are introduced.The results show that the application of these technologies significantly improves the stability and reliability of the system,ensuring continuous power supply for high-speed railway equipment in alpine regions.
