摘要
近年来,我国社会经济迅猛发展,越来越多的优秀精良机电设备被广泛运用到工业生产过程中。随着机电设备自动化指数的不断提升,人民的生活与工作便利性也得到了加强。但仍有一些故障问题存在于机电设备中,直接影响了机电设备的正常运行,对于工业的稳定生产与持续发展十分不利。鉴于此,本文首先阐述了机电设备电气线路畅通的重要性,其次剖析了电气线路常见的故障及问题,再次明确了故障问题常用的检测方式,最后提出了电气线路故障处理的有效方法,旨在通过保障机电设备的正常运行,切实提升工业发展效益。
In recent years,China's social economy has developed rapidly,and more and more excellent electromechanical equipment has been widely used in industrial production.With the continuous improvement of the automation index of mechanical and electrical equipment,the convenience of people's life and work has also been strengthened.However,there are still some faults in mechanical and electrical equipment,which directly affect the normal operation of mechanical and electrical equipment and are very unfavorable to the stable production and sustainable development of industry.In view of this,this paper first expounds the importance of smooth electrical wiring of mechanical and electrical equipment,then analyzes the common faults and problems of electrical wiring,again clarifies the common detection methods of fault problems,and finally puts forward effective methods for fault treatment of electrical wiring,aiming at ensuring the normal operation of mechanical and electrical equipment and effectively improving the benefits of industrial development.
