摘要
本文针对小微客户、大客户剖析了我国电力营商环境优化过程中遭遇的种种挑战,分析电网企业在提升中小企业客户用电报装服务质量方面应采取的一系列举措。同时借鉴了先进地区在大客户用电报装方面的成功实践经验,从服务体系完善、电网建设的加强、投资模式的创新以及供电可靠性的提升等多个维度,提出了进一步深化电力营商环境优化的策略建议。
This article analyzes the various challenges encountered in the process of optimizing the electric power business environment in China for both small and micro customers as well as large customers.It examines the series of measures that power grid enterprises should take to improve the service quality of power application installation for small and medium-sized enterprises.Drawing on the successful practical experience of advanced regions in power application installation for large customers,the article proposes strategic suggestions to further deepen the optimization of the electric power business environment from multiple dimensions,including the improvement of the service system,the strengthening of power grid construction,the innovation of investment models,and the enhancement of power supply reliability.
