低碳预制梁场U形流水线关键技术

摘要 为了节约土地资源,使桥梁工程施工区域布置集约化,该项目基于移动台座的U形流水线预制梁施工布置方式,通过信息化中央控制系统对流水线作业专用设备进行精密控制,使生产过程自动化,减少了人力资源投入。该技术还对常规的常温洒水养护方式提出了改进,通过“封闭式养护棚+自动感应温湿”的雾化养护系统及养护水回收净化系统,实现常温恒湿标准养护条件,可达到节能降碳的目的,并可回收利用多余养护水,降低水资源消耗。 In order to save land resources and make the bridge construction area layout intensive,this project based on the mobile platform U-shaped assembly line prefabricated beam construction layout,through the information central control system to precision control the special equipment of the assembly line operation,so as to automate the production process and reduce the input of human resources.The technology also improves the conventional normal temperature sprinkler curing method.Through the atomized curing system of"closed curing shed automatically sensing temperature and humidity"and the curing water recovery and purification system,the standard curing conditions of normal temperature and humidity can be achieved,the purpose of energy saving and carbon reduction can be achieved,and the excess curing water can be recycled and utilized to reduce water resources consumption.
