摘要
为推动电力系统绿色化、低碳化和可持续发展,本文将分布式能源并网作为研究重点,分析分布式能源接入后对输配电系统产生的影响,根据影响因素提出针对性的应对措施。分布式能源接入后,输配电系统的负荷增长模式会受到影响,加剧输配电系统负荷预测和规划的不确定性,加大在网络结构中寻找最优网络布置方案的难度,难以确定输配电系统中最合适的电源结构,可能导致输配电网损。为解决分布式能源接入后输配电系统存在的影响因素,企业需要合理规划分布式能源接入方式,协调好输配电系统和分布式能源之间的关系,加强对分布式能源的调控,多措并举防止分布式能源接入可能带来的不良影响,最大限度发挥分布式能源的价值。
To promote the green,low-carbon,and sustainable development of power systems,this article focuses on the integration of distributed energy resources(DER)into the grid.It analyzes the impacts of DER integration on transmission and distribution systems and proposes targeted countermeasures based on the influencing factors.The integration of DER can affect the load growth pattern of transmission and distribution systems,increase the uncertainty of load forecasting and planning,increase the difficulty of finding the optimal network layout scheme in the network structure,and make it difficult to determine the most suitable power supply structure in the transmission and distribution system,potentially leading to transmission and distribution network losses.To address the influencing factors of transmission and distribution systems after DER integration,companies need to reasonably plan the DER integration method,coordinate the relationship between the transmission and distribution system and DER,strengthen the regulation and control of DER,take multiple measures to prevent potential adverse impacts caused by DER integration,and maximize the value of DER.
