摘要
2020年北京市石景山区被列为国家级政策性扩大长期护理保险制度试点区,自此北京市医疗保障局不断探索完善北京市长期护理保险制度实施方案。本研究利用中国健康与养老追踪调查数据(CHARLS)和北京市人口数据,测算北京市居民长期护理需求规模,据此分析预测长期护理保险基金需求规模和长期护理保险基金筹集情况,为北京市长期护理保险政策提供理论依据与建议。
In 2020,Beijing's Shijingshan District was listed as a national pilot area for policy-based expansion of the long-term care insurance system.Since then,the Beijing Municipal Medical Insurance Bureau has continued to explore and improve the implementation plan of the long-term care insurance system in Beijing.This study utilized data from the China Health and Retirement Longitudinal Study(CHARLS)and population data from Beijing to estimate the scale of demand for long-term care among Beijing residents.Accordingly,this study analyzed and predicted the scale of demand for the long-term care insurance funds,and the capacity for fundraising,providing theoretical support and recommendations for the development of Beijing's long-term care insurance policy.
