摘要
“人工智能+金融”是促进金融服务能力提升、服务新质生产力发展的重要战略支撑,是加快建设金融强国、推动经济高质量发展的重要保障。本研究从人工智能赋能金融发展的内在逻辑出发,系统总结了人工智能驱动金融发展的技术类型,并对人工智能在金融领域应用的潜在风险和挑战进行分析。最后,对未来人工智能赋能金融健康发展的思路举措提出建议思考:未来要从数据、技术、监管、人才、合作等方面着手,加强数据治理与隐私保护、加强人工智能技术创新和数字生态构建、完善法律法规与监管治理、注重复合型创新人才培养与高端人才引进、积极参与国际交流合作和全球标准制定,促进金融高质量健康发展。
Artificial Intelligence+Finance'is an important strategic support to promote the enhancement of financial service capacity and serve the development of new quality productive forces,and it is an important guarantee to accelerate the construction of a strong financial country and promote the development of high-quality economy.Starting from the internal logic of AI-enabled financial development,this study systematically summarized the technical types of AI-driven financial development,and analyzed the potential risks and challenges of AI application in the financial field.Finally,it put forward suggestions and reflections on future ideas and initiatives for AI-enabled healthy finance development.It is necessary to start from data,technology,regulation,talent and cooperation,enhance data governance and privacy protection,strengthen AI technology innovation and digital ecology construction,improve laws,regulations and regulatory governance,focus on the cultivation of composite talents and the introduction of high-end talents,and actively participate in the international exchanges and cooperation as well as the development of global standards,so as to promote the highquality and healthy development of finance.
