摘要
基于对热带地区城市气候特征的分析,归纳热带地区绿色低碳城市规划设计策略,即构建节能减排的绿色市政系统、塑造高效紧凑的绿色低碳城市布局、营造生态宜居的城市人居环境、因地制宜地确定绿色低碳规划标准,并将该方法引入三亚崖州湾科技城的规划建设实践中进行验证,以期为热带城市绿色低碳环境的营造提供理论支持和实践指导。
Based on the analysis of urban climatic characteristics in tropical regions,strategies for green and low-carbon urban planning and design in these areas are summarized,including establishing energy-saving and emission-reduction green municipal systems,shaping efficient and compact green and low-carbon urban layouts,creating ecological and livable urban living environments,and determining green and low-carbon planning standards according to local conditions.This method is introduced and verified in the planning and construction practice of Yazhou Bay Science and Technology City in Sanya,aiming to provide theoretical support and practical guidance for the creation of green and low-carbon environments in tropical cities.
