摘要
为探究煤矸石中溶解性有机物在水岩作用下的释放规律和组分特征,该文选取山西省3个矿区煤矸石作为研究对象,通过静态浸出实验,采用扫描电镜、总有机碳分析仪及荧光分光光度计等表征手段,利用平行因子分析法对21个浸出液水样的三维荧光数据进行分析。结果表明,挖金湾矿、官地矿及寺河矿煤矸石浸出液中溶解性有机碳(DOC)含量范围分别为13.88~41.79 mg/L、22.35~55.53 mg/L和59.64~105.95 mg/L。随着浸泡时间的增加,浸出液中DOC含量均呈现先升高后下降最终趋向稳定的变化规律。挖金湾矿和官地矿煤矸石浸出液中DOC与UV_(254)具有较好的线性相关性,说明浸出液中含有共轭双键或低分子量的苯环类芳香化合物,其中挖金湾矿煤矸石中的溶解性有机物以苯系物、酪氨酸和腐殖质类为主,官地矿煤矸石中含有色氨酸和酪氨酸蛋白质类有机物。
In order to explore the release law and composition characteristics of dissolved organic matter in coal gangue under the action of water and rock,this paper selects coal gangue from three mining areas in Shanxi Province as the research object.Through static leaching experiments,scanning electron microscopy(SEM),total organic carbon analyzer and fluorescence spectrophotometer were used to analyze the three-dimensional fluorescence data of 21 leaching solution water samples by parallel factor analysis.The results showed that the contents of dissolved organic carbon(DOC)in coal gangue leachate of Wajinwan Mine,Guandi Mine and Sihe Mine were 13.88~41.79 mg/L,22.35~55.53 mg/L and 59.64~105.95 mg/L,respectively.In addition,with the increase of soaking time,the DOC content in the leaching solution increased first and then decreased and finally tended to be stable.There is a good linear correlation between DOC and UV_(254) in the leaching solution of coal gangue in Wajinwan Mine and Guandi Mine,which indicates that the leaching solution contains conjugated double bonds or low molecular weight benzene ring aromatic compounds.The dissolved organic matter in Wajinwan Mine gangue is mainly composed of benzene series,tyrosine and humus,and Guandi Mine gangue contains tryptophan and tyrosine protein organic matter.
