摘要
目的分析ABO血型在胃癌患者中的分布特性及与胃癌发病位置的相关性。方法纳入2021年1月至2023年7月苏州市立和独墅湖医院确诊胃恶性肿瘤患者330例(胃癌组),纳入同期体检健康人756例(对照组)。对比两组ABO血型分布情况,分析ABO血型与胃癌发病部位的相关性。结果胃癌组与对照组组中AB型占比对比,P<0.05。胃癌组与对照组中女性比较,AB血型女性占比对比,P<0.05;而在男性中占比对比,P>0.05;胃癌组男女中ABO血型分布对比,P>0.05。不同血型胃癌患者间发病部位的临床特征对比,P<0.05。结论江苏苏州地区胃癌发病与ABO血型分布情况提示,AB型血为胃癌发病的危险因素,在女性人群中同样如此。胃癌累及部位与ABO血型分布存在一定的关联。
Objective:To analyze the distribution characteristics of ABO blood group in patients with gastric cancer and its correlation with the location of gastric cancer.Methods:From January 2021 to July 2023,330 patients with gastric malignant tumor diagnosed in Suzhou Municipal Hospital and Dushu Lake Hospital(gastric cancer group)and 756 healthy people(control group)were included.To compare the distribution of ABO blood group between the two groups and analyze the correlation between ABO blood group and the incidence of gastric cancer.Results:Compared with the control group,the proportion of AB type in gastric cancer group was,P<0.05.Comparison of the proportion of AB blood type females between the gastric cancer group and the control group,P<0.05;Compared with male,P>0.05;Comparison of ABO blood group distribution between men and women in gastric cancer group,P>0.05.The clinical characteristics of different blood types of patients with gastric cancer were compared,P<0.05.Conclusion:The incidence of gastric cancer and ABO blood group distribution in Suzhou,Jiangsu Province suggest that AB blood group is a risk factor for gastric cancer,as well as in female population.There is a certain correlation between the location of gastric cancer and ABO blood group distribution.
