摘要
目的探讨喹硫平联合舍曲林在治疗青少年抑郁症患者的临床效果。方法选取2022年1月至2023年12月期间在昆山市精神卫生中心精神科就诊的抑郁症青少年80例。按照随机数字表法分为对照组和联合组,每组40例。两组均给予基础治疗,在此基础上,对照组采用舍曲林治疗,联合组采用喹硫平联合舍曲林治疗。评价和对比两组临床疗效、抑郁症状、睡眠质量及不良反应。结果观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组,P<0.05。治疗4周后,观察组HAMD、PSQI评分均低于对照组,P<0.05。两组不良反应发生率对比,P>0.05。结论喹硫平联合舍曲林治疗青少年抑郁症效果显著,可有效缓解患者抑郁症状与睡眠质量,且不增加不良反应。
Objective:To explore the clinical effect of quetiapine combined with sertraline in the treatment of adolescent depression.Methods:From January 2022 to December 2023,80 depressed adolescents were selected from the psychiatric department of Kunshan Mental Health Center.According to the random number table,they were divided into control group and combined group,with 40 cases in each group.Both groups were given basic treatment.On this basis,the control group was treated with sertraline,and the combined group was treated with quetiapine combined with sertraline.The clinical efficacy,depressive symptoms,sleep quality and adverse reactions of the two groups were evaluated and compared.Results:The total effective rate in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,P<0.05.After 4 weeks of treatment,the scores of HAMD and PSQI in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,P<0.05.The incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups was compared,P>0.05.Conclusion:Quetiapine combined with sertraline is effective in the treatment of adolescent depression,which can effectively alleviate the depressive symptoms and sleep quality of patients without increasing adverse reactions.
