摘要
目的探究基础治疗联合激光治疗对老年慢性牙周炎患者咀嚼功能及牙龈微循环指标的影响。方法选择2022年12月至2023年12月期间南通瑞慈医院收治的老年慢性牙周炎患者100例,采用随机数字表法分组,观察组50例,采用基础治疗联合激光治疗;对照组50例,采用基础治疗。对比两组牙周指标、治疗效果、咀嚼功能及牙龈循环指标。结果观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组,P<0.05。治疗后,观察组GI、PLI及PD均低于对照组,P<0.05;观察组龈沟液炎症因子IL-Iβ、IL-6及TNF-α水平均低于对照组,P<0.05;观察组咀嚼功能评分、CBF及BCV均高于对照组,P<0.05。结论联合治疗老年慢性牙周炎的临床疗效和单一治疗比较,其优势更加明显,还可加速患者咀嚼功能的恢复,并可改善其牙龈健康状况。
Objective:To explore the effect of basic therapy combined with laser therapy on masticatory function and gingival microcirculation index in elderly patients with chronic periodontitis.Methods:100 elderly patients with chronic periodontitis admitted to Nantong Ruici Hospital from December 2022 to December 2023 were randomly divided into two groups,and 50 cases in the observation group were treated with basic therapy combined with laser therapy.50 cases in the control group were treated with basic therapy.The periodontal index、therapeutic effect、masticatory function and gingival circulation index were compared between the two groups.Results:The total effective rate in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,P<0.05.After treatment,the GI、PLI and PD in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,P<0.05.The levels of inflammatory factors IL-Iβ、IL-6 and TNF-αin gingival crevicular fluid in observation group were lower than those in control group,P<0.05.The masticatory function score、CBF and BCV in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,P<0.05.Conclusion:The clinical efficacy of combined treatment for elderly chronic periodontitis is more significant compared to single treatment.In addition,it can accelerate the recovery of patients'chewing function and improve their gum health.
