摘要
目的观察分析精细化护理联合黄疸仪在新生儿黄疸护理中的应用效果及对血清胆红素、黄疸消退时间的影响。方法选择2023年1月至2024年1月间安徽医科大学第一附属医院收治的52例新生儿黄疸患儿,随机分为对照组和观察组,每组26例。对照组接受常规护理,观察组采用精细化护理联合黄疸仪检测。对比两组干预前后血清胆红素水平、黄疸消退时间及护理满意度。结果干预后第3、第5天,观察组血清胆红素水平均显著低于对照组,P<0.05。观察组黄疸消退时间显著短于对照组,P<0.05。观察组家属护理满意度显著高于对照组,P<0.05。观察组体重增长、饮食情况、睡眠情况均明显优于对照组,P<0.05。结论精细化护理结合黄疸仪可有效降低新生儿黄疸患儿血清胆红素水平,缩短黄疸消退时间,提高患儿家属护理满意度。
Objective:To observe and analyze the application effect of fine nursing combined with jaundice instrument in neonatal jaundice nursing and its influence on serum bilirubin and time needed for jaundice to regress.Methods:52 cases of neonatal jaundice admitted to the First Affiliated Hospital of Anhui Medical University from January 2023 to January 2024 were randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 26 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing,while the observation group received fine nursing combined with jaundice instrument.The serum bilirubin level,duration of jaundice,and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups before and after intervention.Results:On the 3rd and 5th day after the intervention,the serum bilirubin level in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group,P<0.05.The time required for jaundice regression in the observation group was significantly shorter than that in the control group,P<0.05.The nursing satisfaction of family members in observation group was significantly higher than that in control group,P<0.05.The weight gain,diet and sleep in the observation group were significantly better than those in the control group,P<0.05.Conclusions:Fine nursing combined with jaundice instrument can effectively reduce the serum bilirubin level of neonatal jaundice children,decrease the duration of jaundice,and improve the nursing satisfaction of children's families.
