摘要
目的观察分析基于自我效能理论的康复护理对出血性脑卒中患者的影响。方法选择安徽医科大学第一附属医院2021年11月至2023年11月收治的42例出血性脑卒中患者,随机分为观察组和对照组,每组21例。观察组接受基于自我效能理论的康复护理,对照组接受常规护理。对比两组自我效能感、生活能力、认知功能及抑郁程度。结果观察组SES、BI、MMSE评分均高于对照组,SDS评分低于对照组,P<0.05。结论基于自我效能理论的康复护理应用于出血性脑卒中患者可改善其自我效能感与生活能力,提升其认知功能,并可减轻抑郁程度。
Objective:To observe and analyze the influence of rehabilitation nursing based on self-efficacy theory on patients with hemorrhagic stroke.Methods:Forty-two patients with hemorrhagic stroke admitted to the First Affiliated Hospital of Anhui Medical University from November 2021 to November 2023 were randomly divided into observation group and control group,with 21 cases in each group.The observation group received rehabilitation nursing based on self-efficacy theory,while the control group received routine nursing.Self-efficacy、living ability、cognitive function and depression were compared between the two groups.Results:The scores of SES、BI and MMSE in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the score of SDS was lower than that in the control group,P<0.05.Conclusion:The application of rehabilitation nursing based on self-efficacy theory to patients with hemorrhagic stroke can improve their self-efficacy and living ability,enhance their cognitive function,and reduce the degree of depression.
