摘要
目的观察分析人文关怀护理在胃癌患者中的应用效果。方法研究时间从2023年5月至2024年5月,将收取的70例胃癌患者以随机法分为两组,各35例。对照组给予传统护理,研究组采用人文关怀护理。对比两组不良反应、负面情绪及生存质量。结果研究组不良反应发生率低于对照组,P<0.05。干预前,比较两组SAS评分、SDS评分,P>0.05;护理后,在SAS与SDS评分上,与对照组比较,研究组更低,P<0.05。经护理,研究组GQOLI-74评分,明显高于对照组,P<0.05。结论人文关怀护理模在胃癌患者中的应用价值较高,可有效缓解患者抑郁、焦虑等负面情绪,减少不良反应,进一步提高其生存质量。
Objective:Observe and analyze the application effect of humanistic care nursing in gastric cancer patients.Methods:Study time:From May 2023 to May 2024,70 gastric cancer patients collected by our hospital were divided into two groups,35 each.The control group was given traditional care,and the study group adopted humanistic care.Comparing the two groups of adverse reactions,negative emotions and quality of life.Results:The incidence of adverse reactions in the study group was lower than that in the control group,with P<0.05.Before the intervention,compare the SAS score and SDS score between the two groups,P>0.05;after nursing,the study group was lower compared with the control group,P<0.05.After nursing care,the GQOLI-74 score in the study group was significantly higher than that of the control group,with P<0.05.Conclusion:The application value of humanistic care model in gastric cancer patients is high,which can effectively relieve the negative emotions such as depression and anxiety,reduce adverse reactions,and further improve their quality of life.
