摘要
目的观察分析快速反应团队模式对急诊创伤患者护理中不良反应的改善效果。方法选择2022年5月至2024年5月上海市静安区闸北中心医院急诊科收治的创伤患者为试验样本,入试者共计100例,以电脑随机分配法为分组处理方式,将其划分为2个小组,即对照组与观察组,各50例。对照组采取常规护理,观察组采取快速反应团队模式护理。对比两组护理满意度、不良反应、急救时效和急救结局。结果护理工作满意度对比,观察组各项评分相较于对照组明显较高,P<0.05。观察组患者护理期间不良反应发生率明显低于对照组,其各环节急救时效时间均短于对照组,P<0.05。观察组患者抢救成功率高于对照组,致残率低于对照组,P<0.05。结论针对急诊科严重创伤患者实施快速反应团队模式护理有助于规避治疗不良反应,加快急救效率,确保患者尽快脱离危险。
Objective:To observe and analyze the improvement effect of rapid response team model on adverse reactions in nursing of emergency trauma patients.Methods:Select trauma patients admitted to the Emergency Department of Zhabei Central Hospital in Jing'an District,Shanghai from May 2022 to May 2024 as the experimental sample,with a total of 100 participants.Using computer random allocation as the grouping method,they will be divided into two independent groups,named the control group and the observation group,with 50 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing care,while the observation group received rapid response team nursing care.Compare the nursing satisfaction,adverse reactions,emergency response time,and emergency outcomes between two groups.Result:Evaluating patients'satisfaction with nursing work,the observation group had significantly higher scores in all aspects compared to the control group,with P<0.05.The incidence of adverse reactions during nursing in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group,and the emergency response time in each link was shorter than that in the control group,with P<0.05.The success rate of rescue in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the disability rate was lower than that in the control group,with P<0.05.Conclusion:The implementation of rapid response team nursing for patients with severe trauma in emergency department is helpful to avoid adverse reactions,speed up the efficiency of first aid and ensure that patients are out of danger as soon as possible.
