摘要
目的探讨分析达格列净对急性心肌梗死(AMI)急诊经皮冠状动脉介入术(PCI)治疗患者心脏超声指标的影响。方法选择在医院行急诊PCI治疗的95例AMI患者作为研究对象,就诊时间2022年1月-2023年10月,通过计算机随机数字软件生成数字1-95,双数者为对照组(n=47),行常规对症治疗;单数者为观察组(n=48),术后加用达格列净治疗。对比重大心血管事件、不良反应发生情况及心脏超声指标。结果治疗3个月后,两组室舒张末期内径、左室舒张末期容积降低,左室射血分数升高,且观察组更低、更高P<0.05。观察组重大心血管事件发生率较对照组更低,P<0.05。两组不良反应发生率对比,P>0.05。结论在AMI急诊PCI治疗患者中应用达格列净可进一步改善其心脏超声指标,减少重大心血管事件发生,且不会增加其用药风险。
Objective:To explore and analyze the effect of dapagliflozin on cardiac ultrasound indicators in patients undergoing emergency percutaneous coronary intervention(PCI)for acute myocardial infarction(AMI).Method:95 patients with acute myocardial infarction(AMI)who underwent emergency PCI treatment in the hospital were selected as the research subjects.The treatment period was from January 2022 to October 2023.The numbers 1-95 were generated using computer random number software,and the control group(n=47)received routine symptomatic treatment;The observation group(n=48)consisted of individuals with odd numbers,who received additional treatment with dapagliflozin after surgery.Compare the occurrence of major cardiovascular events,adverse reactions,and cardiac ultrasound indicators.After:3 months of treatment,both groups showed a decrease in end diastolic diameter and left ventricular end diastolic volume,as well as an increase in left ventricular ejection fraction,with lower and higher values observed in the observation group(P<0.05).The incidence of major cardiovascular events in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,P<0.05.The incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups was compared,P>0.05.Conclusion:The application of dapagliflozin in AMI emergency PCI treatment patients can further improve their cardiac ultrasound indicators,reduce the occurrence of major cardiovascular events,and does not increase their medication risk.
