摘要
目的研究分析支气管镜肺泡灌洗(BAL)辅助治疗对重症肺炎(SP)患儿血清甲壳质酶蛋白40(YKL-40)、可溶性白细胞介素-2受体(sIL-2R)、和肽素(Copeptin)水平的影响。方法选取医院2021年12月至2023年12月期间收治的81例SP患儿,随机分为灌洗组(n=40)与常规组(n=41)。常规组开展常规治疗,灌洗组在常规治疗基础上辅以BAL治疗。对比两组临床疗效、血清YKL-40、sIL-2R、Copeptin水平。结果灌洗组治疗总有效率高于常规组,P<0.05。治疗后,灌洗组血清YKL-40、sIL-2R、Copeptin水平均低于常规组,P<0.05。结论BAL辅助治疗SP患儿的疗效较佳,且能负向调控血清YKL-40、sIL-2R、Copeptin水平。
Objective:To study and analyze the effects of bronchoalveolar lavage(BAL)on serum levels of chitinase protein 40(YKL-40)、soluble interleukin-2 receptor(sIL-2R)and peptide(Copeptin)in children with severe pneumonia(SP).Methods:Eighty-one children with SP from December 2021 to December 2023 were randomly divided into lavage group(n=40)and routine group(n=41).Routine treatment was carried out in the routine group,and BAL treatment was supplemented in the lavage group on the basis of routine treatment.The clinical efficacy、serum levels of YKL-40、sIL-2R and Copeptin were compared between the two groups.Results:The total effective rate of lavage group was higher than that of routine group,P<0.05.After treatment,the serum levels of YKL-40、sIL-2R and Copeptin in lavage group were lower than those in routine group,P<0.05.Conclusion:BAL is effective in adjuvant treatment of children with SP,and can negatively regulate the serum levels of YKL-40、sIL-2R and Copeptin.
