摘要
规划布局采用多重落式的半围合布局形式,整个社区由4个风格各异的半封闭院落和一个带有泳池、水景和广场的中央主庭院所组成。4个居住院落的最窄处30多米,中央主庭院的进深更是达到了120多米,形成了“大院套小院”、“院中有院”,“院院相连”的格局。这种空间结构,借鉴了东方建筑群体空间相互渗透、相互交融的组织方式,以及西方的围合式街区的布局形式,十分有效地保障在1.6高容积率的前提下,为社区环境留出了更多的空地,利于下一步的景观创造,提高整体空间环境的品质。
The layout of Henggang Central Garden employs a multi-tiered,semi-enclosed design,comprising four distinct residential courtyards and a central main courtyard with a swimming pool,water features,and a plaza.The four courtyards feature narrowest widths of over 30 meters,while the central courtyard spans over 120 meters in depth,creating a layered spatial organization where“big courtyards enclose small courtyards”and each courtyard seamlessly connects with others.
