摘要
深大校园中心区的北侧区域已规划为新的学院区,科技楼的位置正处在新区与中心区的交界部位。它与周边建筑有大片的树林相隔,形成新区、旧区建筑环绕科技楼的总体格局。处于中心位置及其高层体量,使其成为整个校园的标志。这是一个独自站立在中心,而与各个方向的周边建筑远距离对话的房子,它需要一个自成一体而各向均质的体量造型。设计方案采用的是一个各向约53米的立方体,四边开大洞口,内部含向上生长状的玻璃塔。
The northern area of Shenzhen University’s central campus has been designated for a new academic district,with the Science and Technology Building located at the junction of the new and central zones.It is separated from surrounding buildings by extensive woodland,establishing a cohesive layout where new and old structures encircle the Science and Technology Building.Positioned centrally with a high-rise volume,it stands as a landmark for the entire campus,designed as a 53-meter cube with large openings on each side and a central glass tower rising within.
