摘要
结合全球可持续发展经济的进展,提出了涂料行业在绿色低碳可持续发展的大趋势下应考虑的一些问题,重点分析了水性涂料、粉末涂料、高固体分涂料、辐射(UV/EB)固化涂料等低VOC涂料和生物基涂料领域的技术进展和必须坚持的四大基本要素:性能、规模、经济、环境影响。为我国涂料行业的可持续发展提出了一些建设性的建议。
In view of the progress of sustainable economy in the world,this article proposed a number of issues that should be considered under the mega trend of development towards a low carbon,green and sustainable economy including coatings industry,focusing on the technical progress in waterborne,powder,high solid,radiation-cured(UV/EB)lower VOC coatings and bio-based coatings and four basic issues that must be followed:performance,production scale,economy and environment.Some constructive proposals were presented for the sustainable development of coatings industry in China.
