摘要
目的 观察肺金汤方结合穴位埋线治疗慢性咳嗽临床效果。方法 将该院内科收治的82例慢性咳嗽患者(2019年4月—2022年4月收治)纳入本次研究,根据患者治疗方法不同分为对照组(42例)与观察组(40例),对照组患者口服复方甲氧那明胶囊进行治疗,观察组患者口服复方甲氧那明胶囊+肺金汤方结合穴位埋线治疗,数据比较:临床疗效、不良反应、患者中医症状总积分变化、咳嗽缓解时间与消失时间、肺功能指标变化。结果 对照组与观察组患者治疗总有效率比较[78.57%(33/42)vs95.00%(38/40)],P<0.05;观察组治疗总不良反应率(2.50%,1/40)比对照组患者(16.67%,7/42)更低,P<0.05;观察组患者咳嗽缓解时间与消失时间均比对照组患者更短,P<0.05;治疗前,两组患者中医症状总积分、最大呼气流量(PEF)及一秒钟用力呼气容积(FEV1)、一秒钟用力呼气容积/用力肺活量(FEV1/FVC)指标比较,P>0.05,治疗后各组患者中医症状总积分、PEF、FEV1、FEV1/FVC等指标均改善,观察组患者治疗后中医症状总积分、PEF、FEV1、FEV1/FVC等指标均优于对照组患者,P<0.05。结论 肺金汤方结合穴位埋线治疗慢性咳嗽效果良好,且安全可靠。
Objective To observe the clinical effect of Fejin Decoction(肺金汤方)combined with acupoint catgut embedding on chronic cough.Methods A total of 82 patients with chronic cough admitted to the internal medicine department of the hospital from April 2019 to April 2022 were included in this study.The patients were randomly divided into control group(42 cases)and observation group(40 cases)according to different treatment methods.The control group was treated with compound methoxamine capsule orally.The observation group was treated orally with compound methoxamine capsule+Feijin Decoction combined with acupoint catgut embedding.The data comparison included clinical efficacy,adverse reactions,changes in total scores of patients'TCM symptoms,cough relief time and disappearance time and changes in lung function indexes.Results The comparison of total effective rate between control group and observation group was significant[78.57%(33/42)vs 95.00%(38/40)](P<0.05).The total rate of adverse reactions in the observation group(2.50%,1/40)was lower than that in the control group(16.67%,7/42)(P<0.05).The remission time and disappearance time of cough in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05).Before treatment,the total TCM symptom scores,the values of maximum expiratory flow(PEF),forced expiratory volume one second(FEV1),forced expiratory volume one second/forced vital capacity(FEV1/FVC)of two groups were not significant(P>0.05).After treatment,the total TCM symptom scores,the valuaes of PEF,FEV1,FEV1/FVC and other indicators were improved in two groups.The total TCM symptom scores,the values of PEF,FEV1,FEV1/FVC and other indicators in the observation group were better than those in the control group after treatment(P<0.05).Conclusion Fejin Decoction combined with acupoint catgut embedding has a good effect on chronic cough,and it is safe and reliable.
