摘要
糖尿病视网膜病变一直以眼底微血管病变为主要临床特征,其研究热点与治疗靶点也多集中在微血管方向。近年研究发现视网膜神经病变也在糖尿病视网膜病变的发生发展中扮演了重要角色。中药对糖尿病视网膜病变的治疗运用已久,疗效确切,中药多靶点、多层次的作用机制对防治糖尿病视网膜神经病变也具有独特优势。文章通过对防治糖尿病视网膜神经病变的中药及机制研究进展进行综述,为临床运用中药防治糖尿病视网膜神经病变提供参考。
The main clinical feature of diabetes retinopathy is fundus microvascular disease,and its research focus and treatment target are mostly focused on the microvascular direction.Recent studies have found that retinal neuropathy also plays an important role in the occurrence and development of diabetes retinopathy.Traditional Chinese medicine has been used for the treatment of diabetes retinopathy for a long time and the curative effect is definite.The multi target and multi-level mechanism of traditional Chinese medicine also has unique advantages in the prevention and treatment of diabetes retinopathy.This article reviewed the research progress of traditional Chinese medicine and its mechanism in the prevention and treatment of diabetic retinopathy,providing reference for clinical application of traditional Chinese medicine in the prevention and treatment of diabetic retinopathy.
