摘要
总结王小琴辨证论治肾性高血压病的经验。王小琴认为肾性高血压病涉及肾、肝、肺、脾四脏,与痰热瘀毒水饮相关,病性虚实夹杂,临床常见的证型有肾脏亏虚、肝阳上亢、土虚木摇、瘀阻肾络、浊邪上犯、风水相激,故其善以参芪地黄汤、六味地黄丸等益肾补虚,以天麻钩藤饮、建瓴汤等平肝潜阳,用补中益气汤加减培土益木,桂枝茯苓丸、桃红四物汤等调肾化瘀,半夏白术天麻汤、肾元汤等化浊降逆,越婢汤、防己黄芪汤等疏风利水。强调谨守病机,多脏同调,虚实兼顾。
It is to summarize WANG Xiaoqin's experience in treating renal hypertension based on syndrome differentiation.WANG Xiaoqin thinks renal hypertension is related to kidney,liver,lung and spleen and associated with phlegm,blood stasis,toxin and fluid retention.It is the type of deficiency and excess mixing,and the clinical common syndrome type is kidney deficiency,ascendant hyperactivity of liver Yang,earth deficiency and wood stirring,blood stasis obstructing kidney collaterals,turbid evils upward attacking,wind and water attacking each other,so WANG Xiaoqin is good at using Shenqi Dihuang Decoction(参芪地黄汤)and Liuwei Dihuang Pill(六味地黄丸)to tonify kidney deficiency,Tianma Gouteng Decoction(天麻钩藤饮)and Jianling Decoction(建瓴汤)to pacify liver and subdue Yang,Buzhong Yiqi Decoction(补中益气汤)to strengthening earth to benefit wood,Guizhi Fuling Pills(桂枝茯苓丸)and Taohong Siwu Decoction(桃红四物汤)to regulate kidney and resolve blood stasis,Baixia Baizhu Tianma Decoction(半夏白术天麻汤)and Shenyuan Decoction(肾元汤)to eliminating turbid and descending adverse Qi,Yuebi Decoction(越婢汤)and Fangji Huangqi Decoction(防己黄芪汤)to dissipate wind and benefit water.The emphasis is placed on guarding the pathogenesis,coordinating multiple organs and balancing deficiency and excess.
