摘要
姜良铎教授从临床实践中总结出“外感病的内伤基础”理论,认为内伤基础上的外感发热病情复杂,脏腑相关,内外影响,常因个体内伤基础不同而在病因、发病、演变、预后等方面呈现出显著的个体差异和复杂的临床证候。“生病起于过用”是中医学关于人类发病的一种认识。房事不节,肾精受损,机体阴阳失调。在此基础上的外感发热具有正气不足、气阴两虚、气不摄津、直中少阴、易成重症等特点,治疗时应注意透邪外出的同时鼓舞正气,早期截断,此外,若本有房劳而后感邪,机体阴阳失衡,水饮痰浊丛生,在治疗时要重视疏利三焦通道。
Professor JIANG Liangduo sums up the theory of“internal injury basis of exogenous diseases”from clinical practice,and believes that exogenous fever disease based on internal injury has complex conditions,viscera related,internal and external influences,and often presents significant individual differences and complex clinical syndromes in etiology,morbidity,evolution,prognosis and other aspects due to the different basis of individual internal injury.“Disease resulting from over-exertion”is a recognition of human disease in traditional Chinese medicine.Sexual misconduct can lead to damage to kidney essence and imbalance of Yin and Yang in the body.On this basis,exogenous fever has the characteristics of insufficient positive Qi,deficiency of both Qi and Yin,inability to absorb Qi,lack of Yin in the straight middle,and being easy to become severe.During treatment,the attention should be paid to promoting the circulation of pathogenic factors while promoting the growth of positive Qi.Early interception is necessary.In addition,if there is already sexual fatigue and then pathogenic factors are attacking,the body's Yin and Yang are imbalanced,and water and phlegm become turbid.During treatment,the attention should be paid to the three Jiao meridians for promoting diuresis.
