摘要
总体国家安全观的提出,根本性推动我国国家安全学理论研究进入新阶段。通过开源信息检索,对2014年至2024年总体国家安全观提出十周年以来,中国知网(CNKI)学术期刊论文发表的总体国家安全观理论研究文献进行历史回溯及展望式前瞻,对其内涵、基本特征、理论渊源、生成逻辑、价值、实践路径等维度进行系统梳理。以“知识建制—社会建制”双逻辑架构视域定位总体国家安全观理论研究之动因分析,提出总体国家安全观理论研究应基于“理论—实践”“实践—理论”双螺旋架构,突破学科界研究视野,借鉴其他领域研究方法,完善国际合作与交流机制。
The proposal of the overall national security concept fundamentally promotes the theoretical research of national security in China to enter a new stage.Through open source information retrieval,this study systematically reviews the theoretical research literature on the overall national security concept published in academic journals of China National Knowledge Infrastructure(CNKI)since the tenth anniversary of its proposal from 2014 to 2024,including its connotation,basic characteristics,theoretical origins,generation logic,value,and practical path.From the perspective of the dual logical framework of“Knowledgebased Establishment—Social Establishment”,the motivation analysis of the theoretical research on the overall national security concept is proposed.It is suggested that the theoretical research on the overall national security concept should be based on the“Theory—Practice”and“Practice—Theory”double helix framework,breaking through the research perspective of disciplines,borrowing research methods from other fields,and improving international cooperation and exchange mechanisms.
