摘要
珠海市地方标准DB4404/T 47—2023《无人水面艇近岸水质采样作业规范》已于2023年11月15日正式发布。本文从标准制定的必要性和意义、相关标准概况、标准主要内容、标准主要创新和特色等方面对该标准进行了解读。在此基础上,指出未来应加强标准的宣贯实施,并根据技术发展和应用情况及时推动标准的修订和升级,同时应加快研制出台无人艇采样监测技术系列标准规范,以进一步促进无人艇采样监测技术应用。
The Zhuhai local standard DB4404/T 47—2023"Specification for nearshore water quality sampling practice based on unmanned surface vehicles"was officially published on November 15,2023.This paper gave detailed interpretation of the standard from several aspects,including the necessity and significance,overview of existing standards,main technical contents as well as innovation and characteristic.In addition,this paper also put forward the future work plans in order to promote the application of sampling and monitoring technology based on unmanned surface vehicles.On the one hand,the promotion and implementation of standards should be strengthened,and the revision and upgrading of standards should be promoted in a timely manner according to the development and application of technology.On the other hand,a full set of standards for sampling and monitoring technology based on unmanned surface vehicles should be acceleratedly studied and rolled out.
