摘要
通过采用QC方法,对A研究所在生产铝焊丝过程中出现的问题进行全面梳理和分析,找到影响铝焊丝产品质量和使用性能的主要因素,并有针对性地制定实施改进对策和巩固措施,从而有效提高了铝焊丝产品质量。
By adopting QC methods,a comprehensive review and analysis were conducted on the problems encountered by Company A in the production of aluminum welding wires.The main factors affecting the quality and performance of aluminum welding wire products were identified,and targeted improvement measures and consolidation strategies were formulated and implemented.This effectively improved the quality of aluminum welding wire products.
