摘要
This study explores the development of quality standards for leadership and organizational development in higher education to addresses the challenges posed by globalization and digitalization. By analyzing current situations and proposing a strategic framework, this study offers standard-based solutions for improving leadership quality and organizational performance in universities. The proposed quality standards align institutional goals with educational objectives, ensuring that higher education institutions are able to meet demands of modern education.
