新旧动能转换综合试验区装备制造业绿色创新效率的时空异质性特征

The Spatiotemporal Heterogeneity Characteristics of Green Innovation Efficiency in Equipment Manufacturing Industry in the Comprehensive Experimental Zone for the Conversion of New and Old Kinetic Energy

摘要 采用非期望超效率SBM模型对新旧动能转换综合试验区(以下简称“试验区”)16个地级市装备制造业绿色创新效率进行测算,并基于探索性空间数据分析(ESDA)和时空地理加权回归(GTWR)模型对其驱动因素的空间异质性进行探讨。研究结果表明:(1)试验区内装备制造业绿色创新效率在时序特征上呈“N”型曲线,先后经历上升期、衰退期和恢复期三个阶段;(2)试验区装备制造业绿色创新效率在空间格局上逐渐向“东高西低”转变,呈“东部>中部>西部”的空间特征;(3)随着时间推进,试验区内装备制造业绿色创新效率的空间关联特征先后经历了“集聚—离散—集聚”三个过程,同时两极化现象日益显著;(4)经济发展水平在研究期内前期表现为抑制,后期促进绿色创新效率的提高;城镇化水平、对外开放水平和人口素质水平主要表现为正向促进;环境规制水平的抑制作用较明显,但影响力度正在减弱。 The unexpected super efficiency SBM model was used to measure the green innovation efficiency of the equipment manufacturing industry in 16 prefecture level cities in the comprehensive experimental zone for the conversion of new and old kinetic energy(“experimental zone”),and the spatial heterogeneity of its driving factors was explored based on exploratory spatial data analysis(ESDA)and spatiotemporal geographic weighted regression(GTWR)models.The research results indicate that:(1)The green innovation efficiency of the equipment manufacturing industry in the experimental area exhibits an“N”shaped curve in terms of temporal characteristics,which has gone through three stages:an upward period,a decline period,and a recovery period;(2)The green innovation efficiency of the equipment manufacturing industry in the experimental zone is gradually shifting towards a spatial pattern of“high in the east and low in the west”,with a spatial characteristic of“east>central>western”;(3)As time progresses,the spatial correlation characteristics of green innovation efficiency in the equipment manufacturing industry in the experimental zone have gone through three processes:“agglomeration discrete agglomeration”,and the phenomenon of polarization is becoming increasingly prominent;(4)During the research period,the level of economic development showed inhibition in the early stage and promoted the improvement of green innovation efficiency in the later stage;The level of urbanization,opening up to the outside world,and population quality are mainly positively promoted;The inhibitory effect of environmental regulation level is obvious,but the impact is weakening.
