摘要
随着深海探索技术的不断进步,深海光电传输系统实验室在海底电缆、光缆以及光电复合缆等产品的检测与试验领域扮演着极其关键的角色。如果实验室设备维护不善,其机能可能降低,这不仅会对海底电缆等关键产品的精确检验造成影响,还可能对深海作业的安全性与可靠性带来潜在威胁,对深海光电传输系统实验室来说,设备维护是绝对不能轻视的一环。文中首先分析了当前实验室设备维护的实际情况,包括标准的操作程序以及频繁遭遇的困难和考题,其次研究了设备维护对检验数据质量的作用规律,并通过具体实例加以证实,最后,建议了一套增强设备维护成效和检验数据质量的方案,旨在为实验室提升作业效率和精确度提供借鉴。
With the continuous advancement of deep-sea exploration technology,deep-sea optoelectronic transmission system laboratories play a crucial role in the testing and experimentation of submarine cables,optical cables,and optoelectronic composite cables.Poorly maintained laboratory equipment can degrade its functionality,which not only affects the accuracy of testing for critical products such as submarine cables but also poses potential threats to the safety and reliability of deep-sea operations.For deep-sea optoelectronic transmission system laboratories,equipment maintenance is an absolutely essential aspect.This article first analyzes the current actual situation of laboratory equipment maintenance,including standard operating procedures and frequently encountered difficulties and challenges.It studies the impact of equipment maintenance on the quality of test data,evidenced by specific examples.Finally,a set of schemes to enhance the effectiveness of equipment maintenance and the quality of test data is proposed,aiming to provide reference for laboratories to improve operational efficiency and accuracy.
