摘要
本文旨在探讨液质联用技术在药品质量分析中的应用,以期提高药品检测的准确性和效率。本文综述液质联用技术的基本原理、仪器设备及其在药品质量分析中的具体应用。液质联用技术在药品中药定性、中药定量、药物指纹图谱、药代动力学等方面展现出优越的性能,为药品质量分析提供了一种高效、准确的工具,具有广阔的应用前景。
The purpose of this paper is to discuss the application of Liquid Chromatography-Mass Spectrometry(LCMS)in drug quality analysis in order to improve the accuracy and efficiency of drug detection.The basic principle,equipment and application of LC-MS in drug quality analysis are reviewed in this paper.LC-MS technology has shown excellent performance in the qualitative,quantitative,fingerprint and pharmacokinetics of drugs,providing an efficient and accurate tool for drug quality analysis,and has a broad application prospect.
