摘要
目的测定样品中磷酸酯类阻燃剂的含量,为优化塑料制品的阻燃性提供有利的科学依据。方法使用合适的溶剂将塑料样品中的磷酸酯类阻燃剂充分萃取出来,通过GC-MS测定萃取液中磷酸酯类阻燃剂的含量。结果该方法操作精细,能有效去除杂质干扰,方法线性好,相关系数达到0.995以上;精密度好,相对标准偏差在10%以内;进行了全过程的加标回收试验,回收率为80%~120%。结论此方法准确可靠,可用于塑料样品中磷酸酯类阻燃剂含量的测定。
Objective To determine the content of phosphoric ester flame retardants in samples and provide a scientific basis for optimizing the flame retardancy of plastic products.Methods The phosphoric ester flame retardants were extracted from plastic samples with suitable solvent,and the content of phosphoric ester flame retardants was determined by GCMS.Results The method is fine and can effectively remove impurity interference,can effectively remove the interference of impurities,has a good linearity with a correlation coefficient of more than 0.995;has a good precision with a relative standard deviation of less than 10%;a spiked recovery test was carried out throughout the process,and the recovery rate was 80%~120%.Conclusion This method is accurate and reliable,and can be used for the determination of the content of phosphate ester flame retardants in samples.
