摘要
高校实验室安全管理一直是困扰高校实验室安全的首要和突出问题。该文针对理工院校实验室安全管理体系机制不健全,实验教师和学生安全意识淡薄,实验设备摆放拥挤、管理不规范、布局不合理等实验室安全隐患,结合北京某高校化学与环境工程学院实验室的实际情况,阐述了实验室安全巡检系统对实验室危险源管理具有针对性、可操作性和统计分析的特点,以及该系统在使用过程中存在的问题和改进建议,使实验室安全巡检系统能够在保障实验室安全和实验室管理中发挥更大的作用。
The safety management of university laboratories has always been the primary and prominent problem that puzzles the safety of university laboratories.In view of the characteristics of imperfect laboratory safety management system and mechanism,weak safety awareness of experimental teachers and students,crowded experimental equipment,irregular management and unreasonable layout in laboratories of science and engineering colleges,which pose significant safety hazards,this paper expounds the characteristics of pertinence,operability and statistical analysis of laboratory safety inspection system for laboratory hazard management in combination with the actual situation of the laboratory of School of Chemistry and Environmental Engineering of a university in Beijing,as well as the problems existing in the use of the system and suggestions for improvement,so that the laboratory safety inspection system can guarantee the laboratory safety and management.
