电感耦合等离子体质谱法在实验室水质分析中的精准度提升 被引量:1

The precision improvement of inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry in laboratory water quality analysis

摘要 目的 本研究旨在通过电感耦合等离子体质谱法(Inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry,ICP-MS)准确测定水质中的重金属含量,以提升分析精准度,为水质监测提供科学依据。方法 采集水样进行过滤、酸化预处理,使用Agilent 7700x依据EPA 6020B标准检测铅、镉、砷、汞的含量,优化功率、氩气流速和样品引入速率。结果 单因子方差分析显示,优化后的ICP-MS显著提高重金属检测灵敏度和准确度,重复实验中RSD小于5%,回收率在95%~105%。结论 本研究成功提升了水质分析的精准度,优化方法为环境监测提供了可靠技术支持。 Objective This study was aimed at the accurate determination of heavy metals in water quality by inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry(ICP-MS),so as to improve the analysis accuracy and provide scientific basis for water quality monitoring.Methods The water samples were collected for filtration and acidification.Agilent 7700x was used to detect lead,cadmium,arsenic and mercury according to EPA 6020B standard.The power,argon flow rate and sample introduction rate were optimized.Results The single factor analysis of variance showed that the optimized ICP-MS significantly improved the sensitivity and accuracy of heavy metal detection.RSD was less than 5%in repeated experiments,and the recovery rate was 95%~105%.Conclusion This study successfully improved the accuracy of water quality analysis,and the optimization method provided reliable technical support for environmental monitoring.
