摘要
以农为基、以文为核、以旅为体的农文旅三产融合模式能够有效利用四川阿坝州、甘孜州、凉山州丰富的资源和特色产业,提升乡村的全要素生产率,推动乡村振兴。文章基于2014—2021年“三州”地区的面板数据,采用熵值法、线性加权法和耦合协调度模型,分析了指标权重、产业综合发展指数及其耦合协调度。研究发现:农业对农文旅融合水平测度具有主要影响;农业、文化、旅游综合发展指数有一定提升,但存在地区差异;耦合协调度逐年提升,但各州融合水平和类型存在差异。因此,文章提出加强基础设施建设、加大人才培育力度、加强生态环境保护、推进农文旅一体化发展等促进农文旅融合水平提升的对策建议。
The integration model of agriculture,culture and tourism,with agriculture as the foundation,culture as the core,and tourism as the mainstay,can effectively utilize the rich resources and characteristic industries in Aba,Ganzi and Liangshan prefectural regions of Sichuan Province,improve the total factor productivity of rural areas and promote rural revitalization.Utilizing panel data from 2014 to 2021 and employing entropy method,linear weighting,and coupling coordination models,this paper analyzes indicator weights,comprehensive development indices,and their coordination degree.Findings indicate:(1)Agriculture significantly influences the integration level of agriculture,culture and tourism;(2)There is varied improvement in agriculture,culture and tourism indices among regions;(3)Coordination degree has gradually improved annually,yet disparities exist in integration levels and types across prefectures.The study concludes with policy suggestions to enhance integration,including infrastructure development,talent cultivation,scientific planning,ecological conservation,integrated development of agriculture,culture and tourism.
