摘要
培养大学生调研能力,是提高大学生综合素养和提升大学生就业能力的重要着力点。高校对大学生调研能力的培养已初步建立起多元主体协同培养的结构体系,但仍存在协同培养的长效机制不够完善、大学生在调研过程中面临诸多困境等问题。基于协同创新视角,建议构建“主体创新、教学模式创新、实践环节创新”三位一体的协同创新培养模式,探索培养和提升大学生调研能力的路径。
Cultivating the research ability of college students is an important way to improve their comprehensive ability and enhance their employability.Universities has initially established a structural system of multi-subject collaborative training,but there are still problems such as incomplete long-term mechanisms for collaborative training and many difficulties faced by college students in the research process.Based on the perspective of collaborative innovation,it is suggested to construct a collaborative innovation model that integrates"subject innovation,teaching mode innovation,and practical innovation",and explore ways to cultivate and enhance the research ability of college students.
