基于BOPPPS+SPOC理念的仪器分析综合实验设计——铁基金属有机框架的合成、表征及性质研究 被引量:3

摘要 以BOPPPS理念的六环节学习理论和SPOC理念的线上线下混合学习理论为指导,将实验课程拓展为课前、课中、课后三个阶段,设计了包含文献阅读、材料制备及表征、材料性能测试、总结汇报等环节的仪器分析综合实验。该实验将扫描电镜、透射电镜等大型科研仪器与红外吸收光谱法、紫外-可见吸收光谱法、X-射线衍射光谱法等多种仪器分析方法相结合,让学生了解铁基金属有机框架NH_(2)-MIL-88(Fe)的合成、形貌和结构表征及类过氧化物酶活性测定的全过程,丰富了教学内容,创新了教学模式,提升了教学效果,培养了学生的科研素养和创新能力。 Guided by the six-part learning theory of BOPPPS concept and the online and offline-blended learning theory of SPOC concept,the experimental course was expanded into three stages:pre-class,in-class,and post-class.Then,an Instrumental Analysis comprehensive experiment was designed,which included literature reading,preparation,characterization,and property testing of the materials,and summary report.This experiment combines large scientific research instruments such as scanning electron microscopy and transmission electron microscopy with various instrument analysis methods such as Infrared absorption spectroscopy,Ultraviolet-visible absorption spectroscopy,and X-ray diffraction spectroscopy,which allows students to understand the entire process of synthesis,morphology,structural characterization,and peroxidase-like activity determination of the NH_(2)-MIL-88(Fe),a kind of iron-based metal-organic frameworks.This comprehensive experiment has enriched the teaching content,innovated the teaching mode,improved the teaching effectiveness,and cultivated students'scientific research literacy and innovation ability.
