复杂可编程逻辑器件适航符合性开发过程研究

Research on Development Process of Compliance Demonstration for Airworthiness Regulation of Complex Programmable Logic Component

摘要 复杂可编程逻辑器件作为用户微编码电路和商用货架产品的集合体,是机载电子硬件适航符合性审定中的重点审查对象。通过研究国内外适航审定对用户微编码电路及商用货架产品的适航符合性审查要求,将RTCA DO-254对电子硬件设计开发保证的六大过程和IEC 62239-1中对电子元器件管理的八个方面相结合,并按照可编程逻辑器件的选型、采购、硬件设计、验证及应用的全过程,梳理要开展的工作,形成指导可编程逻辑以满足适航符合性审定为目的的开发过程控制方法和管理思路。 Complex programmable logic devices(CPLD),as a combination of user microcode circuits and commercial shelf products,are the focus of the airworthiness compliance examination of airborne electronic hardware.By studying the airworthiness requirements of domestic and foreign airworthiness certification for users′microcode circuits and commercial shelf products,this paper combines the six processes of RTCA DO-254 to ensure the design and development of electronic hardware with the eight aspects of electronic component management in IEC 62239-1.According to the whole process of selection,procurement,hardware design,verification and application of programmable logic devices,the work to be carried out is sorted out,and the development process control methods and management ideas are formed to guide programmable logic to meet the purpose of airworthiness compliance certification.
