混编氮化硅纤维增强SiNB复合材料性能研究

摘要 本研究以连续氮化硅纤维(Si_(3)N_(4))与石英纤维(SiO_(2))混编编织的三维织物为增强体,SiNB陶瓷(SiNB)为基体,采用先驱体浸渍裂解法(PIP)工艺制备了三维混编纤维增强SiNB基复合材料。探究了不同裂解温度下Si_(3)N_(4)-SiO_(2)/SiNB复合材料的拉伸性能、介电性能,并对复合材料断口和烧蚀形貌进行分析。研究表明:Si_(3)N_(4)-SiO_(2)/SiNB具有优异的拉伸性能、介电性能和较好的抗烧蚀性能,在1000℃下,Si_(3)N_(4)-SiO_(2)/SiNB-1200的高温拉伸强度相对于常温拉伸强度保留了73.3%。 In this study,three-dimensional mixed woven fabric of continuous silicon nitride fiber(Si_(3)N_(4))and quartz fiber(SiO_(2))as a enhanced body,and SiNB ceramics(SiNB)as the base,and three-dimensional mixed fiber reinforced SiNB matrix composite was prepared by precursor impregnation and cracking method(PIP).The tensile and dielectric properties of Si_(3)N_(4)-SiO_(2)/SiNB composites at different pyrolysis temperatures were investigated,and the fracture and ablation morphology of the composites were analyzed.The results show that Si_(3)N_(4)-SiO_(2)/SiNB has excellent tensile properties,dielectric properties and good ablative properties.At 1000℃,the tensile strength of Si_(3)N_(4)-SiO_(2)/SINB-1200 at high temperature retains 73.3%compared with that at normal temperature.
