摘要
目的观察分析对不同5-HT3与奥氮平联合用药预防化疗所致恶心呕吐的疗效和安全性。方法选取2023年6月至2024年6月期间在云南省红河州第三人民医院日间化疗中心进行化疗的103例患者,将其随机分为两组,对照组51例,采取多拉司琼+地塞米松+奥氮平联合用药;观察组52例,采取托烷司琼+地塞米松+奥氮平联合用药。将两组临床疗效、不良反应发生率及生活功能指数进行对比。结果观察组临床总有效率明显比对照组高,P<0.05。观察组不良反应总发生率明显较对照组低,P<0.05。干预前,两组患者的FLIE评分比较,P>0.05;干预后,观察组的FLIE评分明显比对照组高,P<0.05。结论采取托烷司琼+地塞米松+奥氮平联合用药预防化疗所致恶心呕吐具有较高的疗效与安全性,并有助于改善患者生活功能。
Objective:To observe and analyze the efficacy and safety of different 5-HT3 combined with olanzapine in preventing nausea and vomiting caused by chemotherapy.Methods:103 patients undergoing chemotherapy in the day chemotherapy center of the Third People's Hospital of Honghe Prefecture,Yunnan Province from June 2023 to June 2024 were randomly divided into two groups.The control group(51 cases)was given dorasetron+dexamethasone+olanzapine;52 cases in the observation group were treated with tropisetron+dexamethasone+olanzapine.The clinical efficacy、incidence of adverse reactions and life function index of the two groups were compared.Results:The clinical total effective rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group,P<0.05.The total incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group,P<0.05.Before the intervention,the FLIE scores of the two groups were compared,P>0.05;After the intervention,the FLIE score of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group,P<0.05.Conclusion:Tropisetron+Dexamethasone+Olanzapine is effective and safe in preventing nausea and vomiting caused by chemotherapy,and it is helpful to improve the life function of patients.
