摘要
目的探讨基于SMART的“医护患”协同护理模式在脑卒中认知障碍患者居家管理中的应用效果。方法选择2020年1月至2023年12月期间如皋市人民医院神经内科收治的脑卒中认知障碍患者100例,随机分为2组,每组50例。对照组出院前给予常规护理及出院指导,观察组在此基础上实施基于SMART的“医护患”协同护理模式。比较两组认知功能、生活质量及日常生活自理能力。结果干预后,观察组的MMSE和MBI评分高于对照组,SIS评分低于对照组,P<0.05。结论对脑卒中认知障碍患者实施基于SMART的“医护患”协同护理模式可有效恢复其认知功能,提高患者日常生活自理能力与生活质量。
Objective:To explore the application effect of smart-based“doctor-patient”collaborative nursing model in home management of stroke patients with cognitive impairment.Methods:100 patients with cognitive impairment after stroke admitted to the Department of Neurology of Rugao People's Hospital from January 2020 to December 2023 were randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 50 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing and discharge guidance before discharge,and the observation group was given the“doctor-patient”collaborative nursing mode based on SMART.The cognitive function,quality of life and self-care ability of daily living were compared between the two groups before and after intervention for 2 months.Results:After the intervention,the MMSE and MBI scores of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,and the SIS score was lower than that of the control group,P<0.05.Conclusion:Implementing the“doctor-patient”collaborative nursing model based on SMART for patients with cognitive impairment after stroke can effectively restore their cognitive function and improve their self-care ability and quality of life.
