摘要
本文通过回顾性分析1例胰源性门脉高压并胃底静脉曲张破裂出血患者的救治及护理经过,总结对此类高风险病例的综合护理措施。该患者的治疗方案包括经皮肝穿门静脉支架置入术、胃静脉栓塞术和脾门静脉造影术,术后采取病情监测、心理健康干预等多维度护理,患者焦虑情绪有效减轻,康复速度加快。
In this paper,the treatment and nursing process of a patient with pancreatic portal hypertension complicated with bleeding of gastric varices were analyzed retrospectively,and the comprehensive nursing measures for such high-risk cases were summarized.The treatment plan of the patient includes percutaneous transhepatic portal vein stent implantation,gastric vein embolization and splenopography.After the operation,the patient's anxiety was effectively alleviated and the recovery speed was accelerated by multi-dimensional nursing such as condition monitoring and mental health intervention.
