摘要
目的研究老年脑梗死患者治疗中优质护理的临床应用效果。方法选择2024年1月至2024年6月期间连云港市第一人民医院收治的100例老年脑梗死患者。根据患者入院先后顺序进行数字标记,分为对照组和观察组,每组50例。对照组接受基础护理,观察组接受优质护理。对比两组患者各项治疗指标及护理满意度。结果护理后,观察组各项指标及生活质量、护理满意度均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论接受优质护理后,老年脑梗死患者的运动功能和日常生活能力、神经功能均明显改善,护理满意度得到提高。
Objective:To study the clinical application effect of high-quality nursing in the treatment of elderly patients with cerebral infarction.Methods:100 elderly patients with cerebral infarction admitted to the First People's Hospital of Lianyungang City from January 2024 to June 2024 were selected.According to the order of admission,the patients were numbered and divided into control group and observation group,with 50 cases in each group.The control group received basic nursing,and the observation group received quality nursing.The treatment indexes and nursing satisfaction of the two groups were compared.Results:After nursing,the indexes、quality of life and nursing satisfaction of the observation group were better than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:After receiving high-quality nursing care,the motor function,daily living ability and neurological function of elderly patients with cerebral infarction are obviously improved,and the nursing satisfaction is improved.
