摘要
目的探究分析DR平片、肌骨超声和多层螺旋CT诊断肋骨及肋软骨骨折的效果。方法回顾性分析2022年5月至2024年5月期间内蒙古医科大学附属医院收治的45例肋骨及肋软骨骨折患者。所有患者均接受DR平片、肌骨超声和多层螺旋CT检查,对比不同检查方式的诊断结果。结果DR平片、多层螺旋CT诊断肋骨及肋软骨骨折的检出率均低于病理检查,P<0.05;肋骨超声诊断该病的检出率与病理检查结果对比,P>0.05。结论在肋骨及肋软骨骨折诊断中采用DR平片、肌骨超声和多层螺旋CT均有较高的检出率。但相较于DR平片和多层螺旋CT,肌骨超声诊断还可更好地检出软骨骨折问题,临床可根据患者具体情况选择,以保证诊断结果的准确性。
Objective:To explore and analyze the effect of DR plain film,musculoskeletal ultrasound and multi-slice spiral CT in diagnosing rib and costal cartilage fractures.Methods:From May 2022 to May 2024,45 cases of rib and costal cartilage fractures in the Affiliated Hospital of Inner Mongolia Medical University were analyzed retrospectively.All patients were examined by DR plain film,musculoskeletal ultrasound and multi-slice spiral CT,and the diagnostic results of different examination methods were compared.Results:The detection rate of DR plain film and multi-slice spiral CT in diagnosing rib and costal cartilage fractures was lower than that of pathological examination,P<0.05.The detection rate of rib ultrasound diagnosis was compared with pathological examination results,P>0.05.Conclusion:DR plain film,musculoskeletal ultrasound and multi-slice spiral CT have high detection rate in the diagnosis of rib and costal cartilage fractures.However,compared with DR plain film and multi-slice spiral CT,musculoskeletal ultrasound diagnosis can also detect cartilage fracture better,which can be selected according to the specific situation of patients in clinic to ensure the accuracy of diagnosis results.
