摘要
目的探讨肌骨超声与双源CT双能量成像(简称DECT)在痛风性关节炎中的诊断效果。方法选择2023年1月至2024年1月间内蒙古医科大学附属医院收治的痛风性关节炎患者100例进行回顾性分析,所有患者均进行肌骨超声与DECT检查,对比分析两种检查的诊断效果。结果100例患者中,经肌骨超声检查,83例痛风性关节炎,诊断准确度为83.00%,敏感度为81.81%,特异度为84.44%;经DECT检查,91例痛风性关节炎,诊断准确度91.00%,敏感度为90.00%,特异度为92.50%。DECT和肌骨超声诊断痛风性关节炎的准确度、敏感度、特异度对比,P>0.05,但DECT略高于肌骨超声。结论DECT在痛风性关节炎诊断中的应用优势较肌骨超声更加明显,诊断价值更高。
Objective:To Objective To explore the diagnostic effect of musculoskeletal ultrasound and Shuang Yuan CT dual-energy imaging(DECT)in gouty arthritis.Methods:100 patients with gouty arthritis admitted to the Affiliated Hospital of Inner Mongolia Medical University from January 2023 to January 2024 were analyzed retrospectively.All patients underwent musculoskeletal ultrasound and DECT examination,and the diagnostic effects of the two examinations were compared and analyzed.Results:Among 100 patients,83 cases were diagnosed as gouty arthritis by musculoskeletal ultrasound,the diagnostic accuracy was 83.00%,the sensitivity was 81.81%,and the specificity was 84.44%.By DECT,91 cases of gouty arthritis were diagnosed with 91.00%accuracy,90.00%sensitivity and 92.50%specificity.The accuracy,sensitivity and specificity of DECT and musculoskeletal ultrasound in the diagnosis of gouty arthritis were compared,P>0.05,but DECT was slightly higher than musculoskeletal ultrasound.Conclusion:The advantages of DECT in the diagnosis of gouty arthritis are more obvious than that of musculoskeletal ultrasound,and its diagnostic value is higher.
