摘要
目的探讨以家庭功能为导向的赋能教育对慢性阻塞性肺疾病(chronic obstructive pulmonary disease,COPD)患者自我效能和临床症状的影响。方法选择2022年8月至2024年1月期间昆明市中院医院收治的COPD患者80例作为此次实验的研究对象,按照随机方式进行分组,对照着40例(常规护理措施)、治疗组40例(以家庭功能为导向的赋能教育措施),干预3个月后,对比两组自我效能与综合能力。结果对比两组出院时、出院1个月、出院3个月GSES评分、BODE指数评分,治疗组GSES评分均高于对照组,BODE指数评分均低于对照组,P<0.05。结论采用以家庭功能为导向的赋能教育干预可有效提升COPD患者的自我效能,改善其营养状态、临床症状和运动能力。
Objective:To explore the influence of family function-oriented empowerment education on self-efficacy and clinical symptoms of patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD).Methods:Eighty COPD patients admitted to Kunming Intermediate People's Hospital from August 2022 to January 2024 were randomly divided into control group and treatment group,with 40 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing,while the treatment group was given empowerment education based on family function on the basis of the control group.After 3 months of intervention,the selfefficacy and comprehensive ability of the two groups were compared.Results:Comparing the GSES score and BODE index score of the two groups at discharge,one month after discharge and three months after discharge,the GSES score of the treatment group was higher than that of the control group,and the BODE index score was lower than that of the control group,P<0.05.Conclusion:The family-oriented empowerment education intervention can effectively improve the self-efficacy of COPD patients and improve their nutritional status,clinical symptoms and exercise ability.
